Readings are available, in person, and are arranged by calling in advance for an
appointment. Please write down the questions that you would like answered before you come
in - to make the best use of your time and to be assured that you remember all that you
were concerned about. Appointments can be made for a 1/2 hour or a full hour.

7 sessions - For those who are very serious about changing their self-defeating habits and
know they need a more in-depth approach to weight management.
Both require you to excercise daily. Ever notice how slim people are always moving?
3 sessions - The best approach. This is a very thorough program designed to collapse all your
anchors to the habit as well as teach you NLP techniques to stop all cravings.
1 session - I offer this for those people are almost quit but just need a little help at the end and
others who are ready now, period. It is not recommended often.
